By replying to our request message with #AgreeOriflame, you confirm that you agree to the terms below:

• You give the right to Oriflame Cosmetics Global S.A., Oriflame Group companies, other service providers, partners, agents and representatives ("Authorised Parties") to use, reproduce, copy, edit, modify and display your photos, text, graphics, audio, video, username and password.text, graphics, audio, video, username, command, location information and comments ("Posts") for commercial purposes at their sole discretion, including but not limited toYou agree that you will use the Posts for commercial purposes in your sole discretion, including, but not limited to, your websites, social media pages operated by Authorised Parties, promotional emails and advertisements, and in other marketing, promotional and advertising initiatives in any media, for an unlimited period, worldwide and without any obligation to pay ("Licence Grant").
• You confirm that:
  • you have created and own all rights to the Posts;
  • all persons appearing in the Posts have authorised their participation in the Post, including that they authorise the Authorised Parties to use the Post, within the scope of the Licence Grant;
  • you are not a minor and no participant in the Post is a minor;
  • the Post does not infringe anyone's intellectual property rights, including when used by Authorised Parties under the Licence Grant;
  • the Post does not contain anyone's personal information;
  • icaso the Post contains statements or testimonials, these are your true and honest opinion and you have not been paid to make such statements or testimonials;
  • the Post does not contain offensive, defamatory or illegal material;
  • Authorised Parties have the right, but not the obligation, to use your username (and real name, picture, likes, location information or other identity information, if they have it).The Authorised Parties have the right, but not the obligation, to use your username (and real name, image, likes, location information or other identity information, if these have been posted), in accordance with the authorised use, within the scope of the Licence Grant;
  • the Authorised Parties may alter, edit or decide not to use your Post;
  • you agree to hold the Authorised Parties free and harmless from any claims, demands and liabilities raised against you or incurred by them in connection with the authorised use of Posts under the Licence Grant;
  • you confirm that you have read and understood Oriflame's Privacy Policy, which clarifies what data we collect, why we collect it and what we do with it; and
  • that you understand that Oriflame uses Olapic's services for the Posts and that you confirm that you have read and understood Olapic's terms of use and privacy policy, which you can read here: olapic.com/tos
