- Chill the tool for just 15 minutes in the freezer, or overnight in the fridge
- Apply to clean, unbroken skin
- Roll all over the face, neck and jawline
- Work from the centre of the face out to the hairline
- Cool and soothe target areas for 1-2 minutes
