Apply to the centre of the upper lip, moving outwards towards each corner. Repeat on the bottom lip. Let dry for 10 minutes for best results.

A film-forming net then locks colour into place and has water-resistant abilities. Soft-matte powders deliver a soft texture and additional smudge-proof resistance.
