AHA (alpha -hydroxy acids) 
AHA (alpha-hydroxy acids) are naturally occurring acids with exfoliating properties, which promote cellular renewal for healthy-looking skin. Glycolic acid and Lactic acid are the most widely studied and used AHA. They work to remove dull, dead skin cells from the outer later of the skin, by loosening the protein bonds that connect them. This uncovers the fresher, younger cells beneath, helping to smooth the skin and restore radiance, minimising the appearance of enlarged pores, age spots, blemishes, fine lines and wrinkles. 
 
Panthenol 
Panthenol is a well-known moisturising and conditioning agent. It helps to soothe and condition, and reduce moisture loss from the skin.

Glycolic acid is a repairer of sun-damaged skin and an essential ingredient for brightening and evening out skin tone. As a fast and effective chemical exfoliant, it stimulates cell renewal, weakening the bonds between dead skin cells so that they slough off evenly to reveal fresh, new skin underneath. Glycolic acid is in the AHA (Alpha Hydroxy Acids) family of exfoliating acids, along with lactic and malic acids. Being the smallest molecule of all the AHAs, it penetrates the skin easily and starts working quickly.

This multi-purpose exfoliating acid is an excellent choice for glowing, smooth, firm and moisturised skin. An AHA (alpha hydroxy acid), lactic acid works by stimulating the skin to eliminate dead cells and transferring new cells to the surface. It is already present in the skin's NMF (Natural Moisturizing Factor), which is a whole range of substances vital for keeping the skin soft and moisturised. As a larger molecule than glycolic acid, lactic acid is generally well tolerated by most skin types.
