What's more, the refreshing berries are packed with antioxidant vitamins E, B and C, which help protect the skin from oxidative damage. Although all parts of the raspberry provide benefits to the skin, its oil is particularly nourishing and invigorating.

One sunflower can contain up to 2,000 seeds, from which one of the most soothing and nourishing beauty ingredients, sunflower oil, is extracted.
