What you need:
100g 70% Dark Chocolate
150ml Low-fat milk
5 scoops (90g) Chocolate Natural Balance Shake powder
Zest of 1 orange
1 tablespoon of Chocolate Natural Balance Shake powder
Combine chocolate and milk in a bowl over medium heat until melted and smooth, about 5 minutes. Set to the side and allow to cool for another 5 minutes.
Add Natural Balance Shake Chocolate powder and orange zest to the chocolate mix and stir until well blended. Place in the fridge to cool completely.
Form mix into long ropes and cut in 2 cm pieces.
Form cooled mix into balls and lightly roll in 1 tablespoon of Natural Balance Shake Chocolate powder to coat.
Pro Tip: Before starting to roll the truffles, run your hands under cold water to keep them from melting.
